Tahini & Cocoa Pancakes

The taste of smooth tahini, crunchy walnuts and the bittersweet kick of cocoa nibs, that's all you need! Indulgent breakfast, full of protein & fibre!
5 ingredient vegan pancake. Insanely fluffy & crunchy at the same time. You are in for a treat!
  • 100g whole wheat flour
  • 45g Tahini & Cocoa Nibs Granola
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 250ml oat milk (or any other non-dairy milk)


Mix everything together. Heat up a frying pan and grease it with a few drops of vegetable oil! Spoon about 2 tablespoon of the mixture in the pan and fry both side for about a minute.

Serve it with fresh fruits, yoghurt or coconut yoghurt, you can even drizzle it with some more of the granola! Finish it off with a drizzle of date syrup or honey!
