Ingredients
  • 100g whole wheat flour
  • 45g Tahini & Cocoa Nibs Granola
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 250ml oat milk (or any non-dairy milk)

Directions
  • Mix everything together.
  • Heat up a frying pan and grease it with a few drops of vegetable oil!
  • Spoon about 2 tablespoon of the mixture in the pan and fry both side for about a minute.
  • Serve it with fresh fruits, yoghurt or coconut yoghurt, you can even drizzle it with some more of the granola!
