Ingredients
- 100g whole wheat flour
- 45g Tahini & Cocoa Nibs Granola
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 250ml oat milk (or any non-dairy milk)

Directions
- Mix everything together.
- Heat up a frying pan and grease it with a few drops of vegetable oil!
- Spoon about 2 tablespoon of the mixture in the pan and fry both side for about a minute.
- Serve it with fresh fruits, yoghurt or coconut yoghurt, you can even drizzle it with some more of the granola!
