Your childhood favourite, peanut butter & jam sandwiches. Except, now it's in the form of an energy ball. Smooth and crunchy at the same time.

Ingredients
  • 60g Medjool Dates
  • 60g Organic Peanut Butter
  • 30g Peanut Butter & Jam flavour granola
  • For rolling the balls in (optional): Shredded Coconut
  • Dark Chocolate
  • Roasted Peanut nibs

Directions
  • Pit the dates and process them in a food processor with 1-2 tablespoon of hot water until it's smooth.
  • Add peanut butter and granola and combine with a spoon or with your hands until it creates a thick dough.
  • Scoop a heaping tablespoon of dough into your hands and roll into a ball.
  • You can roll them into coconut or roasted peanuts. For an extra indulgent taste, you can dip the balls into dark chocolate.
  • Once you rolled all the dough, place them in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
